Racetech RT4119W Racing Seat Racetech took their most popular seat and gave it a chop! The RT4119W (Wide) and RT4119WT (Wide & Tall) seats are based on the existing RT4119WHR and RT4119WTHR, but with the head restraints removed for improved visibility and access in track day type vehicles. This seat retains Racetech's unique, patented back mount design to give the driver ultimate support and feel for the chassis not available in basic floor-mounted seats. Customize your seat further with low base cushions or add side cushions for support in the thigh area. These 119 seats without head restraints are not FIA homologated. These seats do not include an air ducting spigot, but when it gets hot in your Porsche or Pro Touring Camaro, you're just going to turn on your air-conditioning, right? Ideal for HPDE/DE track cars, off-road desert trucks & outlaw drag cars when drivers can't use a head restraint seat. Brackets and Mounting: Side mount to the floor using Racetech RTB1009M 5mm aluminium brackets (please tick the box above when ordering). Back mount using RTB2115B in conjunction with RTB2005C. AiM ECU Bridge with RS232 / CAN Wiring Connecting to the ECU allows the AiM unit access to data collected by your ECU (RPM, road speed, coolant temperature, and throttle position are typical; many ECUs offer much more information). Works with these AiM displays with a male 5-pin CAN connector: MXG MXS MSM MXL & MXL Pro G-Dash Display Formula Car Wheel Display SmartyCam requires the AiM 7-pin to 5-pin CAN Cable (Part No. MC-542, included with the SmartyCam). The ECU Bridge also features a special port for a USB cable (included) for easy connection to your computer for setup. ECU Bridge is available with CAN/RS232 connection, for direct installation on aftermarket ECUs. ECU Bridge and RPM Bridge are needed whenever engine data are to be visualized on a display or on a SmartyCam HD video, if no recording is required. ECU Bridge is used when the ECU transmits data via OBDII, CAN or RS232. AiM has developed hundreds of different protocols to make compatibility with virtually any ECU possible, stock or aftermarket. The 2-piece floating disc will bolt directly to the car and work with OEM calipers perfectly. By upgrading your brakes with these lightweight high-performance replacements as opposed to a big brake kit, your factory bias is maintained as well as your ABS efficiency. The Giro Disc rotors are lighter than OEM pieces. The reduction in rotational and unsprung weight allows for quicker acceleration and suspension response. When used with Pagid or PFC performance brake pads, and Thunderhill RF-1 brake fluid (also available from CompetitionMotorsport.com), you have an amazing solution to overheating, cracking and warping rotors. The central hat section of the disc is made from 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum. The disc is manufactured from cast iron which is constructed in the USA and is made to the same specification with the same material used by professional racing organizations. The rotors curved vane design was developed in racing and acts as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc. The rotor and hat mount together through a floating mount system which utilizes 8-10 high strength alloy steel drive pins manufactured by GiroDisc in the USA to our own specifications and are cadmium plated for corrosion resistance. The alloy drive pins transfer the load from the brake action while maintaining the axial and radial float between the disc rotor and hat. The pins are secured by grade12 cap screws with hardened washers and mounted with anti-noise spring washers to allow for heat expansion while eliminating the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors. The 2-piece GiroDisc design allows for rotor only replacement as well to minimize future replacement costs and deliver outstanding performance and cooling. Sold/Priced per pair.
