A2-156 Girodisc 2pc REAR Brake Rotors (OEM PCCB)
Girodisc A2-156 Girodisc 2pc REAR Brake Rotors (OEM PCCB) $1,900.00
PORSCHE 991 TURBO & 981 CAYMAN GT4 OEM PCCB This Girodisc system is a 390mm two-piece steel rotor and aluminum hat combination, a direct-replacement upgrade for the OEM PCCB brakes. The A2-156 will bolt directly to your Porsche and work perfectly with your OEM calipers. There are two main reasons for replacing your PCCB: first, the Girodisc rotors are designed to shed heat more effectively than the original rotors; second, the machined cast iron rotor rings are far more durable than the fragile OEM carbon-ceramic rotors. This is critical when you're swapping wheels on and off the car for track days or racing, because it's so easy to nick a carbon rotor and take a nice chunk out of it. When paired with the Girodisc A1-156 front rotors, your factory brake bias and ABS efficiency are maintained. When used with Pagid or PFC performance brake pads, and Thunderhill RF1 brake fluid (also available from CompetitionMotorsport.com), you have an amazing solution to overheating, cracking and warping rotors. The central hat section of the disc is made from 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum. The disc is manufactured from cast iron which is constructed in the USA and is made to the same specification with the same material used by professional racing organizations. The rotors curved vane design was developed in racing and acts as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc. The rotor and hat mount together through a floating mount system which utilizes eight to ten high strength alloy steel drive pins manufactured by Girodisc in the USA to our own specifications and are cadmium plated for corrosion resistance. The alloy drive pins transfer the load from the brake action while maintaining the axial and radial float between the disc rotor and hat. The pins are secured by Grade 12 cap screws with hardened washers and mounted with anti-noise spring washers to allow for heat expansion while eliminating the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors. The two-piece Girodisc design allows for rotor only replacement as well to minimize future replacement costs and deliver outstanding performance and cooling. Sold/priced per pair.
A1-075 Girodisc 2pc Front Brake Rotors
Girodisc A1-075 Girodisc 2pc Front Brake Rotors $1,900.00
Thunderhill is an Authorized dealer for GiroDisc products and we are one of the largest stocking dealers in the country. We ship most products same or next business day to ensure we meet your delivery deadline. Fits Ferrari 599 GTB with Optional CCM Rotors The Girodisc system is a direct replacement for the OE disc however a different brake pad with an annulus (pad swept area) of 66mm or less must be used. This is done to keep the rotor weight at a reasonable level. If we manufactured a rotor with the same annulus as the OEM CCM rotors they would be far too heavy. The necessary pad shape is available from both Pagid and PFC. If there is a specific pad compound you're after please contact us directly to provide the correct part numbers. The central hat section of our rotor is made from strictly U.S. sourced 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum. The disc is made from our own proprietary cast iron, poured in the USA and machined from start to finish in house at Girodisc. The rotor utilizes a curved vane design, developed in racing to act as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc. The rotor and hat have a floating mount system, which utilizes 8 or 10 high strength alloy steel drive pins, manufactured by Girodisc in the USA to our own specifications and cadmium plated for a long lasting corrosion resistance. These pins take the load from braking actions while maintaining the axial and radial float between the hat and disc. The pins are secured by grade 12 cap screws with hardened washers. In order to keep the rotors from making noise when cold, the pins are mounted with anti-noise spring washers on the rotor side which allow the rotor to grow with heat expansion but eliminate the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors. This float also allows the rotor to self center between the pads.Once the Girodisc system is in place, simply replace the cast iron rotor when needed. Sold/priced in pairs
A1-119 Girodisc 2pc Front Brake Rotors (Aventador)

Thunderhill is an Authorized dealer for GiroDisc products and we are one of the largest stocking dealers in the country. We ship most products same or next business day to ensure we meet your delivery deadline. Fits Lamborghini Aventador The GiroDisc system is a direct replacement for the OEM brake disc. The 2-piece floating disc will bolt directly to the car and work with OEM calipers perfectly. By upgrading your brakes with these lightweight high-performance replacements as opposed to a big brake kit, your factory bias is maintained as well as your ABS efficiency. The Giro Disc rotors are lighter than OEM pieces. The reduction in rotational and unsprung weight allows for quicker acceleration and suspension response. When used with Pagid or PFC performance brake pads, and Thunderhill RF-1 brake fluid (also available from CompetitionMotorsport.com), you have an amazing solution to overheating, cracking and warping rotors. A1-159 Girodisc 2pc Front Brake Rotors (McLaren 570S-650S)
Girodisc A1-159 Girodisc 2pc Front Brake Rotors (McLaren 570S-650S) $1,900.00
FITMENT (FRONT): McLaren 570S McLaren 650S Thunderhill is an authorized dealer for Girodisc products and we are one of the largest stocking dealers in the country. We ship most Girodisc systems the same or next business day to ensure we meet your delivery deadline. The Girodisc system for the McLaren 650S or 570S is a direct replacement for the OEM carbon ceramic rotors. They use a different brake pad than the OEM carbon ceramic rotors, with an annulus (pad swept area) of 66mm or less. This is done to keep rotor weight low. (A steel/aluminum rotor with the same annulus as the OEM carbon ceramic rotors would be unnecessarily heavy.) We recommend the Pagid 8081 racing brake pads for this Girodisc system, in either RS29 (endurance) or RS14 (sprint) compound. The central hat section of the disc is made from 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum. The disc is made from cast iron to the same specification and material as used by professional racing organizations. It is a curved vane design, developed in racing to act as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc. The rotor and hat have a floating mount system, which utilizes 10 high strength alloy steel drive pins, manufactured by Girodisc to our own specifications and cadmium plated for a long lasting corrosion resistance. When used with Pagid 8081 pads and high-temp racing brake fluid, you have a truly amazing, race-proven solution to the fragile, ultra-expensive carbon-ceramic rotors on your McLaren.
