The Forgeline ML3C Concave Series wheel borrows styling references from the Minilite Trans Am wheels, of the late 1960s & early 1970s. But unlike its predecessor, the ML3C is a modern 3-piece wheel that is manufactured from fully forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers using the latest engineering and manufacturing technology. With ten semi-rounded soft-sided spokes for a retro look, the ML3C hearkens back to the golden age of racing, while delivering modern technology and performance.
The ML3C is built with true forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers, aircraft-quality ARP stainless steel hidden fasteners, and heat-treated rim sections. The ML3C is available with a flat lip reverse outer in 18-inch, 19-inch, and 20-inch fitments and features a standard powder coated center finish with a polished outer rim. But since each wheel is custom built-to-order, Forgeline can also offer special features like custom offsets, center locking hubs, and a large choice of finish combinations.

The FF3C Concave combines the classic 5-spoke styling from our Heritage Series FF3 wheel with a concave center profile to create a wheel with stunning good looks, aggressive character, and plenty of room for caliper clearance and extreme brake fitment.
Like all Forgeline Concave Series wheels, the FF3C locates the pad inboard of the outer rim to deliver depth and scale within the wheel center for a modern muscular look. Available in both deep concave profiles (for the most striking appearance) and shallow concave profiles (to create a staggered look or to accommodate narrow widths or higher-offset applications), these 3-piece wheels are assembled with hidden American-made stainless-steel ARP fasteners and Heli-Coil inserts.

The FF3C Open Lug combines the classic 5-spoke styling and the sexy concave center profile from the FF3C Concave wheel with a motorsport-derived open-lug hub center to create a wheel with stunning good looks, aggressive character, and plenty of room for caliper clearance and extreme brake fitment.
Like all Forgeline Concave Series wheels, the FF3C Open Lug locates the pad inboard of the outer rim to deliver depth and scale within the wheel center for a modern muscular look. But the FF3C Open Lug also has significant material machined from the center lug area for additional weight reduction, improved access to the lug nuts, and an extra-aggressive look. It also includes a unique specially-engineered tall center cap (with “Forgeline Motorsport” engraving) to cover the hub spindle and protect it from the elements. Available in both deep concave profiles (for the most striking appearance) and shallow concave profiles (to create a staggered look or to accommodate narrow widths or higher-offset applications), these 3-piece wheels are assembled with hidden American-made stainless-steel ARP fasteners and Heli-Coil inserts.

Forgeline's engineering team worked with James to create the JO3C, a throwback to the original rally wheel found on Chevelles and Camaro Z/28s of the 1960s and 1970s. The GiroDisc system is an upgrade to a 2-piece steel rotor and aluminum hat combination and is a direct replacement for the OEM brake disc. The 2-piece floating disc will bolt directly to the car and work with OEM calipers perfectly. By upgrading your brakes with these lightweight high-performance replacements as opposed to a big brake kit, your factory bias is maintained as well as your ABS efficiency. The Giro Disc rotors are lighter than OEM pieces. The reduction in rotational and unsprung weight allows for quicker acceleration and suspension response.
When used with Pagid or PFC performance brake pads, and Thunderhill RF-1 brake fluid (also available from CompetitionMotorsport.com), you have an amazing solution to overheating, cracking and warping rotors.
The central hat section of the disc is made from 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum. The disc is manufactured from cast iron which is constructed in the USA and is made to the same specification with the same material used by professional racing organizations. The rotors curved vane design was developed in racing and acts as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc.
The rotor and hat mount together through a floating mount system which utilizes 8-10 high strength alloy steel drive pins manufactured by GiroDisc in the USA to our own specifications and are cadmium plated for corrosion resistance. The alloy drive pins transfer the load from the brake action while maintaining the axial and radial float between the disc rotor and hat. The pins are secured by grade12 cap screws with hardened washers and mounted with anti-noise spring washers to allow for heat expansion while eliminating the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors.
The 2-piece GiroDisc design allows for rotor only replacement as well to minimize future replacement costs and deliver outstanding performance and cooling.

The rotor and hat have a floating mount system, which utilizes 12 high strength alloy steel drive pins, manufactured by Girodisc in the USA to their own specifications and cadmium plated for a long lasting corrosion resistance. These pins take the load from braking actions while maintaining the axial and radial float between the hat and disc. The pins are secured by class 12.9 cap screws with hardened washers. In order to keep the rotors from making noise when cold, the pins are mounted with anti-noise spring washers on the rotor side which allow the rotor to grow with heat expansion but eliminate the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors. This float also allows the rotor to self center between the pads.
Once the Girodisc system is in place, simply replace the cast iron rotor when needed.

The central hat of the rotor is made from 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum. The disc is manufactured in the USA from the same cast iron used by professional racing organizations. Its curved-vane design, developed in racing, acts like a centrifugal pump forcing cool air through the disc.The disc and hat mount together through a floating mount system using ten cadmium plated, high-strength alloy steel drive pins manufactured by Girodisc. These drive pins transfer braking load while maintaining axial and radial float between the disc and hat to allow for heat expansion. Anti-noise spring washers eliminate the noise typically associated with floating rotors.
This two-piece Girodisc design allows for disc-only replacement, reusing the hat to minimize maintenance costs.
